During tough economic times like these, getting an offer for full time work can seem like a blessing. Depending on your situation, it may or may not be.
Clearly there are many disadvantages to going from becoming a consultant to a full-time JOB. Your level of freedom, income potential and being your own boss.
Granted there are benefits of a job too. Perceived stability, benefits, not having to work in the evenings or weekends, and maybe some others.
